Our building technology

The prefabricated reinforced concrete walls we use are engineered for performance, offering an ideal combination of strength, efficiency, and design flexibility. Manufactured with superplasticizer additives for enhanced durability, these panels deliver a compressive strength of 280 kg/cm². Available in thicknesses ranging from 18 cm to 30 cm, the 18 cm model weighs approximately 240 kg/m²—striking the perfect balance between robustness and ease of handling.

Each panel can be customized to heights of up to 3 meters and lengths of up to 6 meters, providing adaptability for a wide range of architectural and structural needs. The walls feature a smooth exterior finish and a rough interior surface to ensure optimal bonding with in-situ concrete, resulting in a seamless and resilient final structure.

Designed with precision, these panels can be pre-fabricated with openings for windows, doors, electrical boxes, and mechanical ducts—greatly streamlining on-site installation. During placement, walls are supported by props, enabling safe and efficient assembly.

With over 1,750 homes built throughout Costa Rica, CPC Construction has established a strong reputation for quality and reliability. Founded in San José and expanding into the scenic province of Guanacaste since 2008, we have become a trusted name in residential construction. While our core focus is building family homes, our expertise extends to a wide range of projects, including industrial facilities, the Hotel Palma Real, structural elements of the Cañas–Liberia highway bridges, and the completion of the old Liberia Airport.

In 2009, we switched to the use of prefabricated double-walled concrete slabs for residential construction, an innovative construction method that transformed our building process. These precision-engineered panels are manufactured off-site, then transported and installed with minimal on-site labor. This system eliminates traditional formwork, significantly reduces construction time, and results in smooth, highly durable finishes. Importantly, the slabs provide superior seismic resistance and thermal insulation, key advantages in Costa Rica’s earthquake-prone and warm climate.
